We ship internationally to over 50 countries via DPD (Europe), UPS (Rest of the world) and FANCOURIER (Romania). Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

Some large volume products may imply additional shipping rates, that you’ll be notified of during the ordering process.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If the articles are available on immediate stock, they are ready to be shipped in 1-2 working days, adding 2-5 working days for transportation depending on country.


I live outside the EU. Do I still have to pay VAT?

Yes. Final purchase price for orders shipped outside the EU will be calculated with local VAT at checkout.


How much are the custom duties and taxes for my order?

For EU countries all prices are final and include shipping, taxes and custom duties. bears the transportation risk.


Do I have to pay custom duties and taxes if my order is shipped outside the EU?

Yes. If you live outside EU you must pay all required custom duties.


What about the delivery to NON-EU countries?

The delivery period to countries that impose customs duty is 4 to 6 business days. Please note that we bear the costs for the shipment from our warehouse to your home, the insurance of the merchandise and any costs for supplementary documents. Please note that custom taxes, duties and handling fees for each individual country will be applied and invoiced separately through UPS.

Please note that potential foreign bank charges have to be borne by you.


Return and Exchanges Policy


We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Before returning within these 10 days you need to send an e-mail at The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted. will only accept returns of non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Upon receipt of any order without tags please notify us immediately if you wish to return the item. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery, before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

Please be aware that we can exchange the same item for a different size only once. The new size will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is being exchanged.

The merchandise must be returned in one mailing. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order. The return shipping cost are the client’s responsibility


Can I return sale items?

No. We do not accept returns and refund for sale items.


Can I exchange an item for a different item?

No. You can return the item and then re-initiate the purchase process for another item.


When will I receive a refund for returned items?

Please be aware that a time frame of 30 working days can pass between the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will send you an email containing information about the respective refund. The refund time frame depends on the payment method. Normally credit appears within two months’ statements of credit cards. In case the recipient of the product does not correspond with the buyer of the product, a credit will be refunded to the original buyer and credit card holder. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.

Please note that we can only accept returns from the country which the shipment was sent to. Products purchased during our sales period or from any promotion will not be refunded or returned!

We reserve the right to accept the return or not after checking if the items fulfil the conditions requested above.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

Payment Methods


Marabeca accepts the following payment methods: credit/ debit cards and cash on delivery.

Credit and debit cards: Visa/Visa Electron, Mastercard/Maestro (Maestro and Visa Electron: please check with your bank to make sure your card is valid for online purchases). We use Netopia Payments services for Card payments.

The system checks, whether the credit card participates in the 3-D security programs.

3D Secure offers secure transactions through SSL encryption. No information regarding your card is transferred or stored at any time on store or payment processor servers; these data are entered directly into the Visa and MasterCard systems.

If your credit card has not been registered for any of these programs, payment will be made without further authentication.

The order amount will be deposited on your card as a reservation payment until your order has either been sent (then the amount will be debited) or cancelled (then the amount will be released).
